Job Description:

Make human resource strategic planning.

Make the plan of recruiting, and according to department personnel needs, to optimize personnel configuration.

Implementation of Performance Management.

Make salary, promotion and welfare policy, manage social security benefit for the staff.

Enterprise culture and concept spread.

Make development planning for enterprise staff.

Job Requirement:

Above five years work experience in mature enterprise which more than 100 people, worked in manufacturing industry before was preferred.

sensitive to the change of personnel, strong communication ability.

Be familiar with the laws and policy about the labor contract, salary system, social security benefits and training.

Resist the pressure of work, be dedicated and positive to work.

Have the ability to skillfully use office and HRM software .

Good writing ability and self-study ability.

08:00—17:00   Monday-Friday
